ANOTHER TRANSFER DONE!

Hello Family!!!!!                 

Wow I can't believe it’s already the end of my second transfer!! I'm done with my training, but I still feel like I don't know anything so I'm really excited to keep learning and growing! So I'm staying here in Madison but I'm getting a new companion! Her name is Sister Brewster and that's about all I know so far!

This week has been another great week! We've been so busy but I love it so much! Our investigator Danielle committed to a baptism date this week! We are excited to keep working with her and to help her prepare and be ready for baptism! She struggles a bit with depression and feeling of worth, I know that as we continue to work her she will be able to see how much this gospel will help her and bless her life!

We had an incredibly powerful lesson with Latoya this week. She is a single mom and really worries that people are judging her. We really tried to help her understand her worth and how much her Heavenly Father loves her. The spirit was so strong and we know that she feels it! We both feel like she's really close to baptism. She just wants to make sure that this is the path for her and that it’s what Heavenly Father wants her to do. She has an incredibly sincere desire to know the truth. Satan is going to be working very hard on her but we know that she can get to where she knows this gospel is true!

We made a lot of progress with Nichole this week as well! She had never been to a baptism before but she was able to come to the one this week in 2nd ward. I think that she is really starting to trust us and realize how much we truly love her. She really opened up to us and shared a lot of the really hard trials that she's been through in her life with us. It's so neat to see the different ways that she is slowly changing. When we first started teaching her people would ask when she was going to get baptized and she would say "not going to happen". Now she just smiles and says she's not sure. It’s a small change but for Sister Shelton and I it's huge! She even told us this week that she defended the church to her brother and sister! haha she knows so much more than she realizes! It may take some time but I know that she will get to where she can say for herself that she knows this gospel is the true gospel!

I love this work and I’m so grateful to be out here! I know this church is true with my whole heart and I'm so excited for this new Transfer and to help more people come closer to Jesus Christ! I love you all and miss you!!!!
